This event will be held in Charlotte. This is a half day session introducing members and prospects to our Business Leader Forum program by providing them with a real Forum experience. “Communicating Through Conflict and Change”
Join us for this exciting two-part program located at a beautiful new facility, The Barn in Reynolda Village here in Winston-Salem, in which Steve Swavely from The BB&T Leadership Institute will present a lecture on how to communicate most effectively in times on conflict and change in your business.
Then stay for a boxed lunch with leadership from Triad area company Mickey Truck Bodies as they discuss how they managed conflict and change in their company by utilizing some of the same skills presented in the morning session.
